You’ll work alongside other independent beauty professionals, with shared amenities and secure 24/7 access. A viewing is a chance to see the setup and talk with Katie about how you’d use the space.

Find us at 1707 Main Street. The parking lot serves 1707 and 1711 Main Street, with access off E McLoughlin Boulevard.

Enter the lot from E McLoughlin Boulevard. Spaces 5–15 are marked for unreserved tenant and visitor parking; check the signs before parking.

How does part-time rental work?

Hair stations and PMU / lash beds offer part-time rental at $500 per month or full-time rental at $900 per month. Tell Katie which days you’d like to work. She can confirm the available days, what’s included and the terms before you decide.

Is there a commission option?

A commission option is available for hair stations. For hair and nail rent or commission arrangements, ask Katie what is currently available and talk through the terms together.

What comes with the nail station?

The table, chairs and lights are included. Bring your own products and equipment.

Can I work outside salon opening hours?

Renting professionals have secure, 24/7 access. Talk through the access arrangements at your viewing.

Is parking included?

Assigned parking is an optional $75 per month, subject to availability. There are also unreserved tenant and visitor spaces.
